Pumpkin Spice Milkshake

This delicious and easy to make thick and creamy Pumpkin Spice Milkshake tastes just like you’re eating a slice of pumpkin pie. With subtle notes of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and ginger, topped with whipped cream, graham cracker crumbs and a drizzle of caramel this is sure to be a fall favorite!

  • 1 cup – Libby’s Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix (frozen)
  • 1 cup – natural vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 – graham cracker, crushed into small pieces
  • caramel syrup


  1. Transfer 1 cup pumpkin pie mix to a freezer safe container, cover and freeze until cold and hardened.
  2. Place your milkshake glassware in the freezer to quickly chill.
  3. Using a blender, add frozen pumpkin pie mix, vanilla ice cream, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
  4. Blend ingredients. *Don’t over blend as this will result in a thinner consistency.
  5. Pour into your chilled milkshake glassware.
  6. Add whipped cream, a sprinkle of graham cracker and top with a drizzle of caramel syrup.
