Shipping Policy

Batstone Home ships within the contiguous US Monday through Friday 8am-4pm EST and Saturday 8am-12pm EST excluding holidays.  All in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.

Batstone Home offers free shipping on all orders using USPS Ground or UPS Ground only. All other shipping options will be charged to the customer. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed and packages that are refused.

If you wish to make a change, exchange, or cancel your order that has been placed but not yet shipped, please contact Batstone Home at connect@batstonehome.com and we will make every effort to accommodate you. We regret that we are not able to make a change, exchange or cancel your order once it has shipped or for any vintage, clearance or sale items.
