Shipping Policy
Batstone Home ships within the contiguous US Monday through Friday 8am-4pm EST and Saturday 8am-12pm EST excluding holidays. All in-stock items are processed within 1 - 2 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Batstone Home offers free shipping on all orders using UPS Ground or USPS Ground only. All other shipping options will be charged to the customer. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed and packages that are refused. If you wish to make a change, exchange, or cancel your order that has been placed but not yet shipped, please contact Batstone Home at connect@batstonehome.com and we will make every effort to accommodate you. We regret that we are not able to make a change, exchange or cancel your order once it has shipped or for any vintage, clearance or sale items.
Return Policy
We hope you enjoy our handpicked curated selection of decor products. However, we do understand if something just isn’t working for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return excluding clearance and sale items. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt and returned within 30 days of the delivery date with proof of purchase. Products must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging with the product tags or stickers attached. It is up to the discretion of Batstone Home to determine if the product is acceptable for a refund. If the product is not accepted for return, it will be returned to the sender at their cost. All vintage, clearance and sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. When returning your purchase, you must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund. All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please return the products to Batstone Home, Customer Service Returns, 490 Kunkletown Road #300 Kunkletown, PA 18058. Please enclose a copy of the Customer Invoice along with a reason for the return. Upon receiving your return, a refund will be issued in the form of your original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Damage In Transit Policy
We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. Upon receiving your order, please open immediately and report any damages along with a picture of the damaged product within 2 business days of receiving via email connect@batstonehome.com We will make every attempt to replace your damaged item with the same exact item as long as the item is in stock or at your request, we will refund you for the damaged item and also for all shipping costs. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to post back to your account.
